Habitual is a haven of health and wellness, focusing on multiple methods to achieve wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. The boutique is located in Jim Thorpe, PA and is owned and operated by sisters Caitlin Marks and Ashley-Lynn Kelly.

An entire wall of the boutique is occupied by jars of loose leaf tea blends ranging from the customer favorite, Daily Tonic, to Ashwaghanda Root Powder. We provide access to herbal blends to boost your internal health, addressing many medicinal concerns, as well as carrying classic teas. The ritual of making tea is rooted in our ancient history, but also a reminder to pause and take the time today to treat yourself to something decadent and nourishing.

The proprietary skin and hair care line is hand crafted in small batches. Caitlin is a certified herbalist and licensed medical esthetician with a passion for beauty. In formulating her products, the main goal was to blend natural ingredients with skin and hair care products that actually work. After trial and error, and testing all the products themselves, the sisters can safely say— these products do the work! The repeat customers are a testament to that, as well.

Crystals, crystal infusing water bottles, tarot cards, and smudge sticks give access to elevating our spiritual and mental health. Ashley-Lynn has a deep connection to our spiritual health. A certified Reiki practitioner and 200 RYT yoga instructor, she aims to unite various forms of energy work that give everyone access to healing, in whichever way they feel drawn. Newbies and veterans will find the tools they desire to do the inner healing work.

We desire more than anything to bring a positive experience to everyone who uses our products, and visits our shop. Positive energy and intention are imbued into everything we do, and we promise you will feel that in every interaction we have.
